You are invited to this one-day workshop which will focus on how to give patients a reason to want to come and see you rather than your colleagues or competitors.
Before you start thinking about advertising your services, you should make sure that you have these processes in place so that anyone who comes across your website or your profile, will be treated to a consistent process that caters for all levels of enquiries – from people who are just looking for more information to people who want to book an appointment or procedure right away (by the way, there will be a lot more of the former than the latter).

This meeting is for ambitious doctors who have the time and the capacity to grow their private practice.
Who is it not for?
It is not for doctors who are too busy to spend time on working on their business and would prefer to work in their business.
We are all busy and if you are waiting until you have some free time before you start working on building your practice, then we might be waiting some time!
This course is not for you if you feel that the focus should be on delivering the clinical care and the rest of your practice should be handled by a manager or your secretary.
We will talk about how to market your practice so that you can position yourself as the expert that you are.
